The South Florida Chapter of US Lacrosse mission is to provide support, guidance and serve all of our members in our lacrosse community. Our chapter promotes lifelong opportunities to enjoy the sport of lacrosse, as well as providing leadership and resources to grow the game in South Florida. More than 6,500 US Lacrosse (USL) members live in the South Florida region, from Vero Beach to Key West. Our Chapter's platform offers the following:
-Our Chapter provides equipment, instruction, and early opportunities for children to play through USL's Soft-stick and First Stick programs.
-We train and certify coaches to teach the game safely and effectively so that children can enjoy fun and rewarding experiences playing in youth recreational and scholastic programs.
-We support local lacrosse organizations, including youth recreation programs, clubs and school teams so that they may provide the best playing experiences for children.
Our Chapter board is comprised of players, parents, teachers, coaches, and officials who are committed to creating opportunities for children to play, as well as enrich the experience of all who currently play.
We’re dedicated to communicating clearly with all stakeholders in the South Florida lacrosse community and to being a trusted resource for all who share our commitment to lacrosse in South Florida.
